The sound of the ice breaks the silence of the trench
Fear shapes through the frozen fog
The squeak of the rail falling under the enemy chains
Enters in my body
Steps approach
Fear shines in our eyes

The "serum" keeps us calmed until the combat begins
I feel destiny wrath boils
A little creature breaks our defenses
Jumps into the trench, it seems a wounded child

My fellows go to rescue him
And blow into pieces when he explodes
With a sinister smile in his face eyeless face
Another boy falls onto our feet
The implacable steel of old arms
Scatter him to the ground without mercy
The explosion silences our triumphant laughs
Another small enemy falls on me

The tubes of its abdomen freeze my blood
Its empty eyes inspire my mercy
The anguish of its misery paralizes me
One "click" in its belly erases his smile
One "click" in my brain and I see everything in red

My hands in its throat
I pull out its inside tubes
Its blood warms me
I bite its life away

The screams of my son remove me from my dream
Blood on ice, blood on my sheets
The war is over, the pain still remains
In my hand small eyes
